MEDIA PRODUCTION MANAGER

Gospel Partners Media is seeking a multi-talented individual to lead our Video Production Department. This organized person will be responsible for all phases of producing and managing all aspects of our video needs. This includes oversight and management of our existing daily Wretched TV program, Transformed, Transformed Couples, and Road Trip to Truth programs.

In this position, you will oversee all production processes, all facets of filming, post-production, graphics, music, and quality control. You will also manage a team of show producers, directors, videographers and other post production personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

-Report to and work with the COO on day-to-day operations of the Video Production Department
-Manage and oversee a team that does video pre-production planning and on-site production activities and all post-production efforts for existing and future video productions
-Oversee delivery of high quality product on time and within budget
-Identify best practices for video and evolve daily operations as necessary
-Oversee video collection to ensure all media is ingested archived appropriately and can be readily obtained
-Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
-Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables
-Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
-Assist in developing production schedules
-Select and hire additional crew and talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met
-Source, and secure needed video and studio equipment

Requirements:

-Must agree with and sign our Statement of Faith
-Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
-Regularly attends a local Bible-believing church

-Ability to estimate and meet deadlines, perform under pressure and react to changing priorities
Ability to communicate with Christ-like kindness and tact
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Highly dependable with keen attention to detail
-Strong time management skills including an outstanding ability to work independently and multi-task

Education & Experience:

-Bachelor’s Degree, or certificate in directing, producing, and/or writing
-Five years’ experience in directing/producing, and/or managing

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Gospel Partners Media is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for working with the COO and Development Manager to develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies. From conception to completion, this Marketing Coordinator must be organized when leading any project or campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

-Understand the foundational message of the ministry in order to communicate our mission
-Create marketing campaigns that reflect the voice and purpose of the ministry
-Write and envision TV ads, radio ads, social media ads, and collateral materials
-Develop work plans, set goals, and establish timelines for all marketing department team members
-Coordinate team members and other departments to complete a wide range of marketing projects and campaigns including digital advertising, print, video, radio, signage, physical mailings, email campaigns, social media, website landing pages, and events
-Use project management software to track campaign progress from conception to completion
-Assists with analytical reporting on the impact and outcomes of marketing activities, simplifying and visualizing results for the marketing department and management team
