This role is ideal for someone with a fervent passion for Christian broadcasting, possessing meticulous attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards. This position is primarily behind-the-scenes, focusing on the production aspect rather than voice work. With our existing lineup and the introduction of several new weekly podcasts in 2024, we are expanding our ministry’s reach.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the production and editing of audio content for broadcast, adhering to and upholding our broadcast standards.
-Oversee content delivery systems, managing digital uploads and distribution effectively.
-Engage in the creative process of program development, including thematic and special event programming.
-Support the preparation and production of on-air and online content, ensuring consistency with our ministry’s brand and message. (Critical)
-Handle technical and administrative duties to ensure seamless operations.

-Work within a budget to provide snacks, water, and coffee for about 50 people.
-Refresh items after filming breaks to be ready for the next break.
-Light cleanup and reset for the next day’s filming. Light cleanup after event ends.
-Manage the lobby and make sure everyone’s needs are met.
-Restock bathrooms supplies if needed.
-Work with Director of event to provide feedback and improve experiences.

-Has a joyful disposition and thrives on creating hospitable environments.
-Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
